Order information

All our items are made to order in our studio in the UK. Items may take up to a 10-14 day turn around, please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date. Always email us if you do require for a certain date and we can see if we can help.

All our colours are listed on each style what they can be made in. 

We offer Wide leg and Skinny leg (leggings) with every style or these can now be bought separately from our BASICS range .

All our trousers/leggings can be made in short leg and long leg.
If 5'3 and under please order short leg.
if 5'8 and over please order long leg.
At the time of ordering just state if you require short or long leg on the checkout notes, if you do not put anything we will make your bottoms up in the standard leg length.

Please note we cannot accept returns on orders placed with short or long leg.

As all items are made to order we cannot accept returns for refunds - We only accept exchange within 8 days of receipt. Email us if you would like to exchange your item and we can provide you with the next steps.

Please be advised it can take up to 14 days to complete your exchange.

Delivery information

Once orders are made they are sent to our HQ and then sent out to you! We are currently using APC Courier service. Postage is a flat rate of £5.50

Once items are posted with APC they normally deliver next day, you will be required to sign for this parcel if no one is in they won’t leave your parcel unless requested so it can be re delivered the next day or collected from your local APC unit. If your parcel is returned to us due to non collection or not having the parcel re sent back to you the next day then the postage fee will be due again to get your parcel re sent out.
